Sens host Flyers in Ottawa

The Senators host the Flyers at Canadian Tire Centre with puck drop scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.

Friday saw plenty of things go right for the Senators. From Shane Pinto scoring two goals to record a 20-goal season, to Linus Ullmark exercising Montreal demons in goal, to Michael Amadio recording a new career-high for assists in a single season.

The Senators currently trail the Florida Panthers by six points for the third seed in the Atlantic Division with three games left.

As for the Flyers, they come into today's game with a 33-37-9 record. The Flyers are hot with winning five of their last six games with the most recent being a 4-3 shootout win yesterday against the New York Islanders.

Travis Konecny leads the Flyers with 51 assists and 75 points. Konecny's 24 goals are tied for the most on the Flyers alongside Matvei Michkov and Tyson Foerster.

The Senators and Flyers each have won one game against each other this season. In the first meeting in Ottawa, the Flyers won 5-4 in overtime on Nov. 14. In the second meeting in Philadelphia on March 11, the Senators won 5-2. Five different Senators scored a goal in the win in Philadelphia.

The Senators will get some energy back in the lineup with Nick Cousins returning. Cousins has not played since being injured in the Senators' game on Jan. 25 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
