After dropping the first three games of the series against the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Ottawa Senators had their backs against the walls when Game 4 arrived on Saturday night. One more loss and the season would be over.

There would be no sweep in the fifth all-time Battle of Ontario playoff series due to Jake Sanderson scoring the overtime winner in Game 4 for the Senators. Now, the series will head back to Toronto where it's another game to fight off elimination for the Senators.

Sens-Leafs get ready for Game 5

The Senators travel to Scotiabank Arena for Game 5 of their first round series against the Maple Leafs. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.

Game 4 saw a yet another thrilling game between two rivals in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. For the third consecutive game, the Senators and Maple Leafs needed overtime. After back-to-back overtime losses, the third time was the charm for the Senators with Sanderson scoring the overtime winner.

Brady Tkachuk's mindset into Game 4 worked when he mentioned the 2004 Boston Red Sox completing the 0-3 series comeback after the Game 3 loss. However, the Senators will have to do it again tonight to fight off elimination again.

Toronto has not been friendly for the Senators this playoffs. In the two games in Toronto combined, the Senators have been outscored 9-4. Van Halen's "Panama" has haunted the Senators and their fans this playoffs.

However, the Game 4 win brought a new sense of confidence for the Senators and potential irony ahead for one Senator. For Claude Giroux, he's been on the road before of seeing his team win Game 4 in overtime that started an improbable 0-3 series comeback in 2010 when he was a member of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Now, Giroux hopes his Senators can replicate history 15 years later and be the fifth NHL team to come back from an 0-3 series deficit.
