The San Jose Sharks had high hopes for London, England, forward Tristen Robins when they drafted him 56th overall in the second round of the 2020 NHL Draft. By March 2025, Robins' tenure in San Jose ended.
Robins recorded zero points while playing in just three career NHL games in San Jose before being traded to the Ottawa Senators in part of the Fabian Zetterlund trade this past March. After the 2024-25 season concluded, Robins was a free agent. However, Robins won't be returning to the NHL for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Today, it was announced that Robins signed with Kladno overseas in Czechia. The 23-year-old will have a fresh start to his hockey career.

Robins, 23, had 8G-16A in 56GP in 2024-25 split between AHL-San Jose & AHL-Belleville.

Robins didn't play in the NHL with the Senators after the trade. Robins spent his entire Senators tenure in the AHL with the Belleville Senators.
After the trade, Robins recorded six points in 15 games with Belleville. In his AHL career, Robins recorded 80 points in 164 games.
