For 2026, the Belleville Senators will be looking to return to the Calder Cup Playoffs after missing out in 2025.

Belleville will have a new group of players on the team, which is highlighted by a goaltending battle between Mads Sogaard, Hunter Shepard and Jackson Parsons.

This weekend, Belleville will return to action for two preseason games before the 2025-26 regular season starts on Oct. 11 at PPL Center against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. However, there's an early eight-game test that could see how good of a start Belleville can get off to.

These eight November games will be crucial for Belleville

In the first 12 games of the new upcoming season, Belleville will play half of them in at home at CAA Arena. Then, eight pivotal games arrive that could shape out the season early.

Belleville will play seven of their next eight games of the season on the road after their Nov. 9 game against the Laval Rocket.

Belleville's eight games in November to watch for:

Nov. 12 @ Rochester Americans

Nov. 14 @ Utica Comets

Nov. 15 @ Syracuse Crunch

Nov. 19 vs Toronto Marlies

Nov. 21 & 22 @ Laval Rocket

Nov. 25 & 26 @ Manitoba Moose

If Belleville has struggles through its first six games, having seven of the next eight games on the road will be a true test. Early struggles into the season can put the team behind early in the standings.

Last season, Belleville had a tough time climbing back up in the standings after getting off to a slow start.
