The Ottawa Senators are set to face the Detroit Red Wings tonight in the second half of a back-to-back, after picking up their second win of the season against the Boston Bruins last night.

Unfortunately, this time they will likely be out Linus Ullmark, who left the game last night after a collision with J.J. Peterka. After the game, Travis Green did speak on Ullmark's injury and said that he "tweeked" something. So, the hope is that he isn't out long-term and may just miss tonight's game and be back for their game on Thursday against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Below are the projected lineups for both teams.

Senators projected roster

William Eklund -- Dylan Cozens -- Fabian Zetterlund
Warren Foegele -- Tim Stutzle -- Drake Batherson
Michael Amadio -- Shane Pinto -- Claude Giroux
Nick Cousins -- Stephen Halliday -- Hayden Hodgson

Thomas Chabot -- Jordan Spence
Tyler Kleven -- Carter Yakemchuk
Cameron Crotty -- Nikolas Matinpalo

Samuel Ersson
Linus Ullmark

Scratched: Ridly Greig
Injured: Artem Zub (knee), Kurtis MacDermid (upper body), Andre Burakovsky (upper body), Jake Sanderson (undisclosed)

As we can see, Ullmark is slotted to be the backup tonight and likely won't be in the crease at all. If things happen to get out of hand and Ersson struggles, it still feels like it'll be his net regardless. As for other lineup notes, the Senators are scratching Ridly Greig in what could have been his first game back. This is probably due to just how well the lineup has played in the first two games.

At this time, we are still waiting for an announcement on what is hindering Jake Sanderson. It is a significant loss to the backup. However, Thomas Chabot has played very well to start the season and has filled the void nicely.

Red Wings projected lineup

Viktor Arvidsson -- Dylan Larkin -- Lucas Raymond
Michael Brandsegg-Nygard -- Emmitt Finnie -- Alex DeBrincat
Michael Rasmussen -- Andrew Copp -- Keegan Kolesar
Nate Danielson -- Carter Mazur

Albert Johansson -- Moritz Seider
Anton Johansson -- Justin Faulk
Ben Chiarot -- Axel Sandin-Pellikka
Andreas Englund

John Gibson
Daniil Tarasov

Scratched: William Wallinder
Injured: Jacob Bernard-Docker (upper body), Marco Kasper (upper body), J.T. Compher (undisclosed), Mason Appleton (undisclosed)

Puck drop is at 7:00 in Detroit, with the Senators looking to keep the winning streak alive and win their third game. As for the Red Wings, they are going to be looking for their first win of the season.
