Trailing 3-1 at the end of the second period, Sweden's offense came alive. Karlsson recorded an assist on Adrian Kempe's goal to cut the lead the 3-2. In the third period, Gustavsson shook off his rough start by making an unbelievable save on Canada's Devon Toews to keep the game tied at three. Gustavsson's big save helped make the game go to overtime.

In an exciting back-and-forth overtime period, Mitch Marner scored the overtime winner to give Canada the 4-3 win after over six minutes of overtime play. Zibanejad ended up going pointless in the game.

Tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET, the second game of the 4 Nations Face-Off will occur between the United States and Finland at Bell Centre in Montreal. Brady Tkachuk and Jake Sanderson will represent the United States; Nikolas Matinpalo will represent Finland.
