The Ottawa Senators are set to face the Winnipeg Jets tonight. Coming off a win, they will be looking to string wins together for the first time since their trip to Sweden.
Prior to their victory over the New York Islanders the other night, the Ottawa Senators had lost seven straight games. Now the Ottawa Senators will begin the long road of digging themselves out of that hole.
Forward
The Sens will use 12 forwards tonight. They will be: Mike Hoffman, Matt Duchene, Zack Smith, Mark Stone, Derick Brassard, Bobby Ryan, Tom Pyatt, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Alex Burrows, Ryan Dzingel, Nate Thompson, and Gabriel Dumont.
Defence
On defence the Sens will once gain scratch Ben Harpur, meaning their six defencemen will be: Johnny Oduya, Erik Karlsson, Dion Phaneuf, Cody Ceci, Fredrik Claesson, and Thomas Chabot.
Goal
In goal Mike Condon will get the start. After allowing five goals against the Islanders Anderson was pulled the other night. Boucher has stated that if Condon performs well tonight the Sens may choose to ride him until future notice. The starting job is his to lose at this point.

Keys To Victory
If the Ottawa Senators can perform the same as they did against the Islanders, they should come out on top. That is, if goaltending can perform a little better. Allowing five goals isn’t a sustainable method of success. Additionally, the Ottawa Senators will be looking for big games out of Erik Karlsson and Matt Duchene. Both players are in droughts in the points department and are two of the most crucial members to the Sens’ offence.
