Coming off a hard fought victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Ottawa Senators will look to continue their winning ways tonight. They will take on the Los Angeles Kings tonight as they complete their trek through Ontario.

When we last saw the Ottawa Senators they defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs. After handing them their second loss of the season they bounced back by defeating none other than the L.A. Kings last night. The kings will be entering the second half of a back to back after suffering their first regulation defeat of the season.

Forward

The Sens have suffered a plethora of injuries in recent games and as a result will have some changes to the roster. At forward they have: Alex Burrows, Derick Brassard, Mark Stone, Nate Thompson, Kyle Turris, Ryan Dzingel, Mike Hoffman, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Tom Pyatt, Max McCormick, Logan Brown, and Christopher DiDomenico.

Defence

On defence the roster will stay the same with: Johnny Oduya, Erik Karlsson, Dion Phaneuf, Cody Ceci, Fredrik Claesson, and Chris Wideman.

Goal

In goal the Sens will give Mike Condon his second start of the season. In his first game he had a 0.972 save percentage in a victory over the Edmonton Oilers.

Storylines And Outlook

The main storyline tonight will be centered around the Sens weakened roster at forward. The Sens will still be without Zack Smith and will play their first game without Bobby Ryan after he was injured versus the Leafs.

There is a chance that Mark Borowiecki will make his return to the lineup after missing the past few games. It will be a gem time decision. If he’s available, Boucher has stated that he will dress seven defencemen. If he’s in the lineup Max McCormick will sit out after being recalled from Belleville yesterday.

The Kings are one of the hottest teams in the league. They have just one regulation loss this season so the Ottawa Senators will have to bring their A game to be victorious tonight.
