The Flames are entering year 2 of a massive rebuild that was delayed by hanging onto Iginla so long. They have taken some solid first steps with Sean Monahan, Gaudreau and 2014 first rounder Sam Bennett the pieces to build the team around. The rebuild will not be a quick one, but the team should be fun to watch if Hartley lets them loose a bit and lets them make mistakes and learn from them.
