The Ottawa Senators will be looking to right the ship as they take on the New York Rangers. This will be the first matchup between the two since the Eastern Conference Semi Final last season.
These two teams are heading in opposite directions as the Rangers have won seven of their last ten after winning just two of their first ten. The Ottawa Senators conversely are coming off a two game losing streak that includes a loss to the last place Arizona Coyotes. A win here would be amazing to the position of the Sens going forward.
Forward
The Sens will be going back to 12 forwards after their poor showing last night. They will be: Tom Pyatt, Matt Duchene, Bobby Ryan, Ryan Dzingel, Derick Brassard, Mark Stone, Mike Hoffman, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Chris DiDomenico, Nick Paul, Nate Thompson, and Alex Burrows. This will be Paul’s first game since being recalled earlier in the week.
Defence
On defence the Sens will go back to six defencemen. Ben Harpur will be the healthy scratch with the other six players being: Fredrik Claesson, Erik Karlsson, Dion Phaneuf, Johnny Oduya, Mark Borowiecki, and Cody Ceci.
Goal
In goal the Sens will go back to Craig Anderson after Condon played last night. It will be interesting to see if he can put up a solid performance after struggling this season.

Player To Watch
The player to watch tonight is Matt Duchene. Since coming to Ottawa, he has been one of the best players on the team while putting up a very high number of shots. However, he has failed to register a point yet. It’s at the point where the Ottawa Senators need Duchene to start contributing on the scoresheet. Tonight, would be a good night to start.
