Continuing their trip through Western Canada the Ottawa Senators play the Calgary Flames tonight. The Flames currently sit at a record of 3-1. After losing their first game of the season they’ve gone on a three game winning streak.
Forward
The forwards for tonight should be roughly the same as last game. Available for them are: Derick Brassard, Logan Brown, Alex Burrows, Ryan Dzingel, Alex Formenton, Mike Hoffman, Jean-Gabriel Pageau, Tom Pyatt, Bobby Ryan, Zack Smith, Mark Stone, Nate Thompson, and Kyle Turris. Last game the Sens chose to ice seven defencemen and didn’t play either of their rookies. However, it looks like Alex Formenton may draw into the lineup.
Defence
On defence the Sens still have not have had any of their injured players return. Guy Boucher will likely go back to six defencemen meaning Christian Jaros will sit out. The players that are most likely to be iced are: Mark Borowiecki, Cody Ceci, Thomas Chabot, Fredrik Claesson, Dion Phaneuf, and Chris Wideman.
Goal
In goal it could be either Anderson or Condon to start. The Sens are entering the first game of a back to back, meaning that both goalies will likely get one start. Who plays which game will be up to the discretion of Guy Boucher.

Defensive Battle
The Flames have one of the best defence cores in the league. With the Sens playing a defensive style, this could very likely be a low scoring affair. The Ottawa Senators will have to take advantage of their powerplay opportunities to get their goals. Without scoring in these opportune moments, goals may be hard to come by.
