Three up, three down. The Ottawa Senators continued their impressive run this week with another string of wins, stretching their winning streak to 5 games . This week was special for me because I was able to attend last night’s game against the Boston Bruins. Hearing the PA announcer ask the crowd to stop throwing hamburgers on the ice was something I’d never thought I would hear. Just goes to show to never say never. (No that was not a Justin Bieber movie reference)
Well here we are, another fantastic 7 days of Ottawa Senators hockey wrapped up in Twitter form, here is Senshot.com’s “Weekly Twitter Round!”

Second Tweet : Oh Don’t Do It!

As I mentioned earlier, hamburgers were being thrown on the ice after Kyle Turris managed to score the empty netter in last night’s win over the Bruins. At the end of the game our favourite rookie, Curtis Lazar, made his way onto the ice and grabbed a burger. He didn’t just pick it up, he ate it too! Let’s just say Chris Phillips wasn’t impressed.
i can't believe you ate that

Fourth Tweet : Scratches
Submitted By : Trevor Shackles (@ShackTS)
This is pretty interesting, and sad at the same time. It’s crazy that Condra and Wiercioch have been scratched that many times, but most of those cane under Paul MacLean‘s leadership. Dave Cameron‘s had much better deployment for sure.
Fifth Tweet: St.Patricks Day

Alex Guptill and Fredrik Claesson engage together in the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day at a local tavern this past week!
Here are some other great tweets from the past seven days…
