Erik Karlsson – Undoubtedly the most talented player on the roster, is he also ready for the burden of being the face of the franchise on and off the ice.  He has moments where he seems uncomfortable in the media spotlight, and it might still be time to ease him into the leadership role, at least when it comes to wearing a letter on his uniform.
