The questions were answered this morning ahead of Canada’s biggest test of the preliminary round. Carey Price will be between the pipes for Team Canada while Martin St. Louis and P.K. Subban will come out of the lineup.

The decision confirms that Price had the inside track on the starting job from the beginning, and he will be backed up by Roberto Luongo. While I probably wouldn’t have done the same thing, there really is no wrong answer, unless they lose.
Subban was shaken up in the one game he played, and whether his scratch is due to the bumps and bruises or just a coaches decision has not been confirmed.
The other big news is the shakeup of the forward lines. Sidney Crosby was skating with Jamie Benn and Patrice Bergeron during the morning skate, while Chris Kunitz was skating with the 4th line along with John Tavares and Rick Nash.
Here is how the forward lines project:
Jamie Benn– Sidney Crosby – Patrice Bergeron
Patrick Marleau – Jonathan Toews – Jeff Carter
Matt Duchene – Ryan Getzlaf – Corey Perry
Chris Kunitz – John Tavares – Rick Nash
You can assume if Kunitz doesn’t have a good game that he will be the odd man out once the playoffs begin. Puck drops at noon.
