TEAM STRENGTHS:  A very young forward unit that is talented and growing up as a group

TEAM WEAKNESSES:  questions in goal, a weak inexperienced defense

HOCKEY’S FUTURE ORGANIZATIONAL PROSPECT RANK: 3rd of 30 teams

UNDER CONSIDERATION:  Max Domi, Zachary Fucale, Elias Lindholm, Nikita Zadorov, Alexander Wennburg

FANSIDED MOCK DRAFT PICKOil On Whyte selected Darnell Nurse

SENSHOT’S CHOICENikita Zadorov from the London Knigts of the OHL. It is no secret that the Oilers now need to focus on keeping the puck out of their net.  With Jones and Nurse already gone off the SenShot draft board, the Oilers turn to the 6’5″, 230 lbs monster who patrolled the blue line for the London Knights.  Zadorov will add size and defensive awareness to a blue line desperately seeking such attributes.  With Oscar Klefbom, Justin Schultz,  Teemu Hartikainen poised to make an impact soon, Zadorov could be the final piece to the puzzle to make the Oilers a true contender.
