It will feature 2 original 6 teams, the host Detroit Red Wings, and their old – turned new again – divisional rival, the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The game will be held January 1, 2014. It is expected to surpass an attendance of 100,000, possibly breaking the outdoor attendance record of 104,173 that attended the U of M game against Michigan State in 2010.
