The staff of SenShot would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family, friends, teammates and fans of New York Rangers and former Minnesota Wild forward Derek Boogard.
The hockey world was shocked to learn that the 28 year old forward was found dead in his Minnesota apartment Friday morning. The cause of death was not yet available.
Not the most skilled player on the ice, Boogard made his living playing the game the toughest way possible, slugging it out as an enforcer. “The Boogeyman” was one of the best performers at what he did, and was respected around the league as on of the best fighters in the NHL.
