Game Day: BUF @ OTT

11th East (10-13-3)     VS.     10th East (11-14-1)

Your Ottawa Senators take on the Buffalo Sabres tonight in a Northeast division battle. With the Sens losing seven of their last nine games, Ottawa badly needs the two points tonight. Coming off an emotional game against Dany Heatley and the Sharks, Ottawa needs to be prepared for this game once the puck drops. Hopefully a battle against the hated Sabres will bring the Sens together and they can get out of the tail spin they are in.

The Sabres roll into town having played better of late after their terrible start to the season. Goaltender Ryan Miller has won three of his last four starts for the Sabres, giving up just six goals over that span and posting a .952 save percentage. With Miller back on track, the Sabres have a chance every night to win the game.

The Sens will make no line-up changes tonight and Brian Elliott will get the call in nets. With two of the biggest pests in the game in Jarko Ruutu and Patrick Kaleta suiting up tonight, look for a few scraps which will be good for the Sens. Check back here at SenShot for a game report after the game. Enjoy the game and GO SENS GO!!!!!
