Game Day: OTT vs PIT

9th East (10-11-1)     VS.     5th East (13-8-2)

Your Ottawa Senators have a afternoon game versus the Pittsburgh Penguins today at 1 pm. Coming off a 2-1 loss to the Dallas Stars on Wednesday night, the Sens have now lost five of their last seven games. With the Pens winning six of their last seven, including four straight, Ottawa’s in tough today. And with their embarrassing loss to them earlier this season, where Ottawa looked like a Pee-Wee team, Ottawa better come prepared to battle.

The two players the Sens have to be ready for are Sidney Crosby and Marc Andre Fleury. Crosby comes into the game with a ten game point streak where he has scored nine goals and 21 points in that span. Fleury is over his early season struggles and has won six of his last seven games.

Ottawa has changed their lines again in hopes of finding any offense. Here is how the lines look:

(1) Regin-Spezza-Alfie (2) Michalek-Fisher-Kovalev (3) Foligno-Kelly-Neil (4) Ruutu-Winchester-Shannon

Erik Karlsson also draws back into the line-up after sitting out a pair of games. Pascal Leclaire will also get his third straight start. Enjoy the game and GO SENS GO!!!!!
