Milan Michalek would like some Timmy Thomas

Words can’t describe the hatred I felt towards tim Thomas after the Boston Bruins won once again 4-3 in the Shootout against the Senators. Even though Thomas sucked horribly on Saturday he was dancing like a crazy maniac when the Bruins won. And let me tell you, all three goals scored by Ottawa were all Tim Thomas’ fault.

Milan Michalek has been amazing this season. Acquired in a package for Dany Heatley, Michalek is serving up to his bill and for sure has more tools than Heatley. He’s fast, a brilliant penalty killer, and defensively responsible. His 13 goals lead the Senators and he’s gettign those feeds from Jason Spezza like an arrow on a dart. No wonder Doug Wilson was pressured to give up Michalek. He is the ultimate package.

While many juicy storylines will be toward Heatley facing his old club, I believe both Michalek and Jonathan Cheechoo will be on a mission. I’m going to go as far as saying both will score on Tuesday night.
