My name is Phil Lemay and I have joined the team here in February, I have been a huge fan of the Ottawa Senators since my childhood and have studied the team in depth for many years now. I am lucky enough to say I played hockey for most of my life but had to remove myself from the great game due a back injury I sustained. I also coached both hockey and baseball for some years. I consider myself very knowledgeable when it comes to sports and just like Jared has said do not consider myself an “expert” as Andy Sutton once said. I do however consider myself well informed. I have grown up around the Ottawa area my entire life and love this city.
I will cover both the Ottawa Senators and the Binghamton Senators. I enjoy studying NHL prospects and trying to determine how they will affect their teams and where they may fit in. I also really enjoy watching and studying baseball but will always consider hockey a part of my life!
