The Binghamton Senators played three games in three nights this weekend going 2-1 on the week.

The Baby Sens opened the weekend on a winning note defeating the Bridgeport Sound Tigers 3-2 in OT

Max McCormick opened the scoring  shorthanded from Michael Kostka  and Chad Nehring. 

Phil Varone gave the Senators a 2 goal advantage 33 seconds into the 3rd period. Ben Harpur and Jack Rodewald added on the assists.

Bridgeport fought back tallying 2 goals of their own in the 3rd period to force overtime.

Jack Rodewald ended the hockey game at 1:29 into overtime from Phil Varone and Chris Rumble

Chris Driedger made 33 saves on 35 shots on the night for a .943 SV%. 

The Baby Sens struggled with the man advantage going 0/6 on the power play.

The Binghamton Senators only loss of the week came Saturday Night against The Albany Devils 3-2.

Binghamton fell behind 2-0 in the 1st period.

Max McCormick took exception to a Kevin Rooney elbow on Casey Bailey. The two proceed to drop the gloves. www.hockeyfights.com/fights

The Senators responded with a pair of their own in the second frame to tie the game. Falling just short.

The Baby Sens Power play struggles continued going 0/2 on the night.

Chris Driedger made 31 saves on 34 shots on the night for a .912 SV%. 

The Binghamton Senators ended their week on a high note beating the Hershey Bears Sunday Night 4-2.

The Binghamton Senators opened the game scoring twice in the first six minutes of the hockey game.

Kyle Flanagan and Nathan Walker dropped the gloves after the two exchanged words in the last seconds of the 1st period. (www.hockeyfights.com)

The Hershey Bears evened the game at two apiece early in the 3rd period. Chad Nehring scored the game wining goal at 8:27 of the 3rd period. Phil Varone added the insurance goal late in the 3rd period to seal the win.

Matt O’Connor made 24 saves on 26 shots on the night for a .923 SV%

The Baby Sens broke through on the power play scoring on one of two opportunities. Binghamton went 1/10 on the Power play this week.
