Ottawa Senators Prospects, Tic-Tac-Tao, Top-Line Chiasson

The Senators had an interesting week, to say the least. The Sens went 1-0-2 on the week with a loss to the Carolina Hurricanes and Dallas Stars. The Teams only win came against Montreal, as things were looking up.. but maybe they weren’t.

As frustrating as the Senators have been this season, James Gordon gives us a sobering reminder that this team is truly lacking in a lot of areas, and that the notion of making the playoffs this year should have been viewed as a pipe-dream instead of the natural expectation the organization presented it as.

It also shows that, despite the troubles, there are several bright spots on the team. Too bad payroll isn’t one of them.
