Here we are again. Another prediction panel. Check out Charlie’s Game-day preview here.

Oh, and as the .500 watch carries forward, we now have two writers who are at the .500 mark. Congrats to Josh and Zachary, you are the best.

Trevor Shackles (17-20)

Bobby Ryan was the hero against the Bruins again yesterday, which brought Senators fans to say the famous new slogan “do not disturb.”

I feel like that slogan may be a good description of the team today, as in you don’t want to wake the bear that’s been sleeping for a while. Ottawa’s been playing better under Dave Cameron, and even against a very good Tampa Bay team I think they can get their third straight win.

Eldrinson Vado (17-20)

Winning two games in a row is nice but three is better! Even if the Tampa Bay Lightning are among the top of the Eastern Conference I’m going to take Ottawa tonight in a close one. 3-2

Charlie Arsenault (18-19)

Pending Prediction.

Jack Leiper (18-19)

I’m going to take Ottawa for this one. I don’t know why, I think Ottawa needs a 10-game winning streak right about now to make a playoff push. Ottawa takes this one.

Ottawa Senators

Travis Valois (18-19)

Tampa Bay is 4th in the conference, the Senators are 11th. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say the Senators win. Let’s see a little win streak. Let’s make it three against the Lightning.

Zachary Prenner (19-18)

Unfortunately I have the feeling that the good luck we accrued yesterday won’t be following us into tonight’s match up against the Lightning.

Tampa is part of the class of the east, and I feel like their offense is too potent for Ottawa to be the one ontop after 60 mins. Tampa takes it 4-2.

Josh Chenoweth (22-15)

Sens lose 4-1 to the Lightning. There can often be a let down game coming home from a road trip, and against a Tampa team this good, you’ll forgive me for being less than optimistic regarding the Sens’ chances.
