Last night the Binghamton Senators fell behind 2-1 in their series with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on the basis of Chuck Kobasew‘s OT winner.

It is a best of 5 series, so the Binghamton Senators are now up against the wall, facing elimination on Friday night in WB/S..

The Senators lost to the Penguins in a 3 game sweep last season, but that was without the reserves the Senators have from the NHL club this season that were not present last year.

Each game of the series has gone into overtime, so there has been little to choose between the teams.  If the Senators are to force a 5th and deciding game in the series and avoid being knocked out in the first round again, they will have take one on the road.

Losing in the first round again would be a step back for the organization as a whole.  With top end prospects like Cody Ceci, Mark Stone and Jean-Gabriel Pageau in the lineup, they should be able to go pretty deep into the playoffs.

So, gives us today’s poll question –
