The NHL is near it’s midway point, and it is a time for reflection at the first half that saw a bunch of great performances, lots of surprises and some disappointments.  SenShot takes this opportunity to hand out some mid-season NHL Awards to deserving players who have had a great start to the campaign.

Rather than name 3 nominees from around the league, I will put forward an individual from the East and one from the West.
