Ben Scrivens stopped all 20 shots he faced, earning the shutout in his Kings’ debut after coming over from Toronto in the Jonathan Bernier deal in the summer.  Jordan Nolan had a goal and an assist to lead the Kings, with Daniel Carcillo and Justin Williams also bulging the twine in the win.

Jacob Markstrom allowed 3 goals on 29 shots as the overmatched Panthers couldn’t provide him any goal support on this day.
