As we start to enter to low of the off season, everything seems to be slowing down as many teams feel they have the necessary pieces in place to getting the 2013-2014 season.

  • The Los Angeles Kings have avoided arbitration with defenseman Alec Martinez. Signing him to a 2 year 2.2 million deal paying him 1.1 million each year. Martinez appeared in 27 games for the Kings this past season , recording 5 points. In his career with LA he has played 142 games and put up 33 points.
  • The Montreal Canadiens have avoided salary arbitration with Ryan White, agreeing on a deal worth $700,000, for one year. White had one goal in 26 games for the Habs last year. In his 89 career NHL games, White has registered 11 points.
  • The Phoenix Coyotes have come to terms with their first round draft pick, Max Domi to a three year entry level contract. The son of Former Maple Leaf Tie Domi, recorded 87 points in 64 games last season for the London Knights.
