Well, it seems as though the much anticipated first macthup between the best Swedish goalie ever and perhaps the next great Swedish goalie will have to wait.

Speculation is that after winning in overtime on Thursday night against the Islanders, that Henrik Lundqvist will rest tonight in favour of Martin Biron.

So with Robin Lehner starting for Ottawa, the young Swede will not be staring down the ice at one of his idols, and the man that his dad used to coach, Lundqvist.

Biron (14-10-2)  actually has a better career record than Lundqvist (11-2-3) against the Senators, which could factor into the reasoning, but the Rangers also play early Sunday afternoon at the tail end of 3 in 4 days.

Brion has allowed 3 goals in each of his last two starts, a SO loss to the Islnaders (something Lehner knows a little bit about) and a regulation loss to the Habs.
He last started on Feb 23rd.
