On the heels of my rant about the NHL and NHLPA earlier this morning, this comes to our attention from Yahoo sports’ Puck Daddy Blog. Thought it was worth sharing here also.

A scary incident no doubt, and just a further example of how easily a tragedy can happen and how important it is for players and those who administer the game, to take as much risk as possible out of the game, to reduce the chance of it happening again.
