SenShot Contest: Predict The Scorer Of The GWG THURSDAY For Bruins-Sens Tickets

UPDATE:  SINCE NOBODY CORRECTLY GUESSED ANDRE BENOIT, THIS CONTEST WILL CARRY OVER TO THE THURSDAY NIGHT GAME AGAINST THE NEW YORK RANGERS.

So since my last contest went horribly awry, I am running another contest to win my Bruins-Sens tickets for Monday March 11th.

This time, simply predict who will score the game winning goal in tonight’s Islanders Rangers-Senators matchup.  Obviously you can select a player from either team, thereby eliminating my chance to jinx anyone.

In the event of a shootout, the person scoring the deciding goal will be deemed to have scored the winner.  For example, if Alfredsson scores and then Silfverberg scores and Anderson stops all the  shooters he faces, the GWG for the purpose of this contest will be Alfredsson’s goal that made it 1-0.  Silfverberg’s goal will be counted as insurance, even though it could clinch it.

In the event more than 1 person picks the correct game winning marksman, all correct entries will be entered into a draw for the tickets.

There are 3 ways to enter (please only 1 guess per person total):

1.  Make your guess in the Comments section below.

2. Tweet this article (clicking the tweet icon above) and include your guess, make sure my twitter account (@alfieisgod) is included in your tweet, as well as the link to this article.

3.  Visit our facebook page, like it, and make your guess in the comment section that accompanies this article.

Entries posted before 7:30 pm EST will be accepted.

Good luck!

Chris Neil will be the game winner because he knows how to score garbage goals as good as anyone else on the ice.
