A Win Tonight = Parading

The Ottawa Senators always have their hands full against the Boston Bruins. Whether it’s the gargantuan Tim Thomas, the key goals by Sens-killer Mark Recchi, or Ottawa just plain out sucking that game, Boston always seems to have our number. We have been better this year against them, though. Two have come in the shootout and one was 2-0 defeat. I’ve been very grateful this year that we have a team that shows resiliency day in and out to tough it out in the East. There’s maybe been only 1 or 2 games that really showed Ottawa’s weaknesses, and that impresses me. Everything is melting well in the pot.

I, Bobby Zijiac, undeniably and faithfully promise to parade down decked in all-Ottawa Senators gear down the streets of my native Montreal in an attempt to show how much better we are than the Habs if, Ottawa wins tonight against the Boston Bruins.

That’s how much I believe in this team. And every Sens fan should too (I’m looking at you, Boo Boo Garrioch).
