After last night’s debacle of a game, I got a call my way. Remember when Bob McKenzie said Brian Burke, GM of the Leafs was getting calls for forward Niklas Hagman? Well, SenShot has learned one of those teams were the Ottawa Senators. It seems like Bryan Murray is interested in acquiring the Fin from Espoo. He has 14 goals this season and I can see him realistically playing LW alongside Fisher and Kovalev. There are some people who say the Leafs would never trade with the Sens, but remember, if the Leafs continue to suck on D, they may want some prospects on the backend (cough cough Brian Lee).
Sens vs. Ducks tonight. I would love it if they won against their cross-conference rivals to somewhat salvage their road trip but the Sens usually wet their pants whenever they meet the Ducks.
