Bullshit: Bruins 4, Sens 3 (SO)

Right now, I am steaming mad. We deserved to win this game. Boston sucked ass and if Tim Thomas had made those spectacular, brilliant, stupendous saves, we would have won 5-1. Two goals in the final two minutes of the 3rd for the Bruins erased Ottawa’s 3-1 lead, and all the monetum they built.

The top 3 lines were amazing tonight. Even Jonathan Cheechoo and Alexei Kovalev played hard, physical, and took shots. Both were denied by Timmy Thomas. After Fisher got a fluke goal, two shots from the point and two re-directions in front tied the game up. Overtime settled nothing, and we go to the shootout, where we suck. Patrice Bergeron got the lone goal in the SO, meaning a win for the B’s.

I really don’t think anyone played horrible tonight. Mike Fisher failed to clear it out with 40 seconds left in the 3rd, but he had chemistry with AK27 all night long. Chris Kelly was guy who can be blamed for the 1st Bruins goal. Even Picard played great, with some awesome defensive plays. Carkner fought twice, first against Byron Bitz and then against Shawn Thornton and after that, Chris Neil beat the living hell out of Steve Begin.

CC needs to tell his team to stay on track. The last two games they have been streaky and management can’t allow that to happen. We still need help on the PP and let’s hope Kuba will draw back in, because his help is dearly needed.

Hey at least we’re not the Leafs (0-8-1, eh?). 2nd in the Northeast and 5th in the Eastern Conference isn’t too bad.
