FanSided Enemy: None

Ok well folks, after a loss at MSG the troops are back at it in downtown Toronto to face our Ontario “rivals”, the Toronto Maple Leafs. Both teams are winless and looking to bounce back in form. The Leafs will see a goaltending change as “The Monster” Jonas Gustavsson takes over tonight while the Ottawa Senators see Ryan Shannon out with an upper body injury while Shean Donovan will take his place. Some have said Filip Kuba is questionable but I’ve been informed he will play tonight.

It won’t be like previous years, but it should be intense. If Komisarek starts giving the face wipe to someone, you’d bet Matt Carkner would go after him. Ottawa clearly has the advantage on offense. More depth= more goals. On defense I would think the Leafs have it but do not understimate the Sens on D. I am sure Anton Volchenkov will have a great night as he loves to play the Leafs. The game will come down to Gustavsson vs. Leclaire. It’s Gustavsson’s first game, so the jitters will come. Leclaire looked solid on Saturday, something he should keep up tonight. All in all, I’ll go with…

Ottawa 3 (Michalek, Fisher, Spezza) Toronto 2 (Grabovski, White)

Season Record: 0-1
